Hi all,
Our Basis person had changed risk categories for customers at authorization level. User has also changed risk categories in fd33. But system is not picking new categories and blocking orders.
Should I do any changes in SPRO or at user lever??
Please respond early as this is v urgent.

Basis person can only block users from processing credit management. The customisation of risk management settings is done by sd/fi people and this still remains. If there is a credit group in your company which is authorised to process credit blocked orders then their authorisation is giverned by basis. But the customisation of risk categories is done in automatic credit control under basic functions in IMG under sales and distribution.
Go to this path and check you settings for risk category. Again this is a general one vaid for CCA, Risk grooup and credit group.
Now you need to fd32 and set the customer's credit limits, credit exposure , individual limit, total limit etc.
Once this is done you can process the documents and as long as they do not cross the limits you have set, you should be able to process them. If not check your customising.
