Stock transfer order via Outbound Deliveries and Vendor Consignment Stock

Can you please provide some insight into the issue stated below:

We need to transfer vendor consignment stock that has been received at 1 plant to another plant, while the vendor maintains ownership until consumption at the second plant. I would like to know if it is possible to transfer vendor consignment stock from plant to plant via Stock Transport Orders and Outbound Deliveries??

Movement type 641 "K" appears to be configured as standard in ECC 6.0, indicating to us that the issue of vendor consignment stock to a delivery is possible. The SAP Help indicates that we can perform a Goods Issue to the Outbound delivery for vendor consignment stock by

configuring stock determination for inventory management and deliveries, which We have.

When We create the Outbound delivery via VL04 then perform the Goods Issue via VL02N, the only stock that is Issued is "Stock in Transit" (movement type 641) and subsequently received via MIGO is "unrestricted" (movement type 101). We are never given the opportunity to indicate that the stock is vendor consignment via the vendor or special stock indicator.

Dear Mr Kilambi,

Could you kindly explore the settings for the respective 'Schedule line category' using the transaction V0C6.

The settings may be enabled there by copying a suitable schedule line category and redifining it.
