Dear Prasad,

You are warriying about space right,but you need to consider these things when use standard one itself.

1.If you use standard one there is no Base to judge when you come back after some changes, you will not know what is the standard process and standard configuration.

2.If you have Standard one without change you can verify that when its required.

3.In SAP what ever the changes we do those will bebased on the standard process only.

Dear durga,

copy standard one and use renamed document types always as the standard functionality will remain same

and dont use very often until u have some different requirements to change

dont see space u r protecting the standard functionality by the copying the standardone

it hardly very little impact on space
