pl dont post plenty of threads under the same subject when the question is same.

let me answer your query, it is not at all compulsory and required to copy the existing sales documents and use them as long as there is no requirement to do so.

we need to copy any documents whether sales or anything only when we want them to work differently that is driven by a customer requirement. so whats expected in the interview is to answer is that requirement which made you copy an existing document.

Memory is not a question at all as long as the scenario or requirement demands it. The real time servers run generally on IBM or solaris 8, 10 severs etc which can hold lot of data and also have load balancing technology to manage any such situation.
