i said i have copied the exiting sales document from exesting one

but they have asked me why you copy if already exit? it is wast of memory?

dear durga prasad,

U have to copy the document types from the existing standard one as standard document types will help u as a reference so dont use standard document types any functionality changes for ur document type plz go to ur copied document type and change the functionality like pricing,or contract tabs etc

so copy the standard one and use always the same

hope ur doubt clarified
