Hi
The Solution Manager book by SAP-Press states the following in the Business Blueprint chapter (p 169)
Implementation projects can have very different starting points. Some projects have only a broadly defined scope and use the implementation content shipped with SAP Solution Manager as a starting point for the implementation project. This is the recommended route
I guess I'm a little confused about the last statement. In our project we started out with the ASAP Business Process Inventory spreadsheet. It seemed more intuitive to the business community.
The recommendation in the passage above seems a bit non-intuitive for business users.
I would very much appreciate the insights of the experts on the forum.
Thanks
