CCMS Monitoring

Hi All,

I have SAP 4.6 C , Oracle setup. DEV QA and PRD. I would like to configure CCMS alert monitoring , I would really appreciate if some one can guide me step by step how to do it. CCMS configuration and how to setup the alert in email.

Please do reply because I need to configur this immediately...
