Dear Sabina,
THe first thing which needs to be done is to use the transaction code ST22 which is used for dump analysis. Take the help of technical team to find out the reason then.

Rakesh

hello, friend.
this can be due to any of the numberous reasons. an ABAP consultant should be able to help you.
in the meantime, run ST22. you may find some of the reasons here.

Hi Friend,
you have these options:
01. Since this could have resulted in a temporary bottleneck, you should
try to restart the program.
02. Ask your system administrator to increase the size of the area (PXA)
used to store the ABAP/4 programs.
03. Make a note of the actions and input which caused the error.
04. To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
05. You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.
