hi all,
while creating sender agreements, rec agreements, rec determination ,interface determination ,which is created first?i.e in sequence?
regards,
keerthi
Hi,
You can create in any order. But there is a easy way to create a interface and receiver agreement from Receiver determination, rather than selecting the values for it for the interface details again.
So first create receiver determination, then save.
At the bottom, just right click and select New specific option for Interface determination and receiver agreement seperately.
So that you have minimal work, as to just select only the interface and interface mapping for interface determination and only the CC for the receiver agreement.
Then create a sender agreement.

receiver determation : to find receiver for a particular sender
interface determination : to execute the mapping
receiver agreement: to find the receiver

Hi ,
the Order you created is not an Important. you can create those in any order.
You can go with the Order wat ever you feel easy....
Go with the Following way.

HI
there no order to create them, you can start by any you want, you will finish to the same result.
I recommend you to define them in the nexts steps
1)Bussines service and communication Channels
2) Receiver Determination -->
___ in this step, and the end of page you have the overview window.
wheN you finish to define all steps of receiver determination, save your changes and go to CONFIGURATION OVERVIEW FOR RECEIVER DETERMINATION WINDOWS. you will see all receiver BS you define before (Rec. Det).
under receiver Partner/service press right butom and option new specific (when you do this, you define Interface determination, but, all header data you dont have to define becouse it is enherits. just define receiver MI and IM and save data.
go again to CONFIGURATION OVERVIEW FOR RECEIVER DETERMINATION WINDOWS and under receiver agreement press right butom and option new specific. here you are defining Receiver Agreement. assign Receiver communication channel and save data.
Now, you only have to define Sender Agreement and thats all.
the benefits of do by this way is you dont have to define header data of each step like
PARTY
SENDER SERVICE
INTERFACE
RECEIVER PARTY
RECEIVER SERVICE
for me is too much dynamic and easy.
Thanks
Rodrigo

No certain order but if you create it as given below then it will be easier.
1. Receiver Determination
2. Interface Determination
3. Sender Agreement (in case of Sender IDOC & O/B Proxy it will not require)
4. Receiver Agreement.
But before creating all the above, if you create the CC first then it will become easier. (It is not a hard & fast rule, you can create it later on after creating all the above mentioned too)

hi!
the simpliest way is to use a wizard.. all objects are then created automatically(but adapters must be already created, because they are used in agreements)..
when you create objects separatly, create first deactivated adapters. then create other objects (no sequence order is required, but it's better, if you create interface determination before receiver det. BUT, if u don't, no problem, you can create interface determination also from receiver determination). finally - activate the adapters
