Reg paragraph formant and character format in smartforms

Hi All,

How to assign particular paragraph formant and character formant for a particular text node that I have created.I know how to create paragraph formats and characters using smartstyles and also I assigned this smartstyle in my smartform to that particular text node,but I am not getting where do I select the paragraph format and character format to assign it to the text node?could you please suggest some body how to do this?

You need to assign the smartstyle in the

Global Settings -> Output Options -> Style.

I am sure it will work.

Once you create the text node , you will get an editor to enter the text right? in that just look above the editor there you have a choice to select Paragraph formats and all.

Hi Nageswar,

In that editor I am getting only standard paragraph parameters like * / line feed and all.I am not getting the paragraph formats that I have created.

Go to the outpout options in thaa text node and assign style name.

If you like you can create a smartstyle txn SMARTSTYLES.

here you can define your own styles.

Use this style in the smartform Form Attributes and all its formats will be available for you.
