Hi Kumar,

If you r ABAP is up and if you are able to login into this,then try starting your java instance by using 'SMICM'.go to administration and then j2ee global instance try shutdown with restart.

Also be sure that our central instance is up and running.

Hi Kumar,

I think there is some problem with the network,when it is trying to call the java instance it says the connection to partner can not be reached and connectionn failed can you check your network connections and then try to start your system with <sid>adm userid.
