ECC6.0- BI Content Installation on the Production server.

Hello All,

This query might be simple but anyway I am not aware of it , So if anyone of you can kindly help me would be obliged, here you with the query,

My Customer is going for ECC6.0 Implementation and see that we have a BI Content component whihch is shipped with the ECC6.0 Installation CD and if needed it can be configured and Implemented for which my customer will not pay anything extra to buy the S/W,

My query here is Can we have BI Content installed on the same Production server where we have the actual ECC 6.0 ERP installed ? If yes let me know if any specific procudure is involved for implementing or if no ? let me know the technical inofrmation on it as how and why it is not possible.

Please revert at the earliest on it, As you all know my client wants a solution at the earliest for it.

as far as I know, u can install one more instance on the production server and install BI content on it and use it a s BI server, but u should not import bi content in ur erp instance.
