can anyone send me a sample or dummy object so tht i'll get complete picture of an object in XI Implementation project?

Hi,

If u want to start with the sample object I suggest u first start with file to file scenario.

Create three data element use the same strucutre for target.

Design and configure the scenario.

First test the file with XML structure.

then test the file with CSV format data u need FCC.

then test the file with Fixed length format data u need FCC.

then test the file with key values.

so it will cover the file adapter with all the different format of files.

i've implemented all the scenarios......but when i'm attending the interview....the interviewer asking me abt the complete details of an object(Complete structure) like FD, TD and UTP in ABAP object.....

plz send me sample object so tht i'll get the clear picture of an object

Hi,

Interveiwer ask the business requirement and for which business requirement which scenario u have designed and configured.

So explain the Business requirement which is mentioned in the Functional specs. and then explain the adapters and mapping which u have used.

Take an example my functional specs says that customers financial data is coming from XYZ legacy system in the form of file and that financial data needs to be updata in the table using the ACC_DOCUMENT03 idoc.

So in this case ur scenario is FIle to IDOC.

Like wise u have to answer the quations.

Can you elaborate it?
