Error encountered while opening WebDynpro Application

Hi,

I am getting below mentioned error when i am trying to access WebDynpro application through Portal.

Appropriate roles have been assigned to me in Portal as well Dynpro.

What is the cause of this error message ?

trators is allowed to access JMX#

what's Caller GTMLMLF?

it seems the caller didn't have enough authorization, not you.
