Let's say file exists on some remote FTPS server outside our firewall and that I need to get this into XI.
The remote party will be providing the digital certificate and we plan on importing that in J2EE key storage - not worked on it yet.
We are on 7.0 SP 9. I've looked at documents and blog on FTPS. I do see some options in communication channel that can be utilized for this protocol
My big question is should our XI server be FTPS compliant or should we be running some kind of FTPS client.
Any idea?
Thanks, Pam
Hi Pam,
It should be. You can specify FTPS in "FTP Connection parameters" in Tranport protocol FTP.
No need to run any kind of FTPS client.
