Delivery with the Mvt 621/631 & 622/632

Hi experts,

Could you please tell me if there is any special delivery type for these Mvt type : 621/ 631.

And also for return 622/632.

When creating a service notificaiton, I would like to affect it to a sales order and then deliver the component to the customer.

What's the order types and the delivery type for the Mvt type 621/622/631/632.

1) For 631 Movement Type

Order Type K8

Delivery Type LF

Billing Type F8

Item Category KBN (for 631)

Schedule Line Category E0 / E1 +

2) For 632 Movement Type

Order Type KA

Delivery Type LR

Billing Type IG

Item Category KAN

Schedule Line Category F0 / F1

3) For 621 Movement Type

Order Type LA

Delivery Type LR

Billing Type F2

Schedule Line Category E2 / E3 (for 621)

Schedule Line Category F2 / F3 (for 622)

Item Category LAN

For information, Schedule Line category E0 & F0 are without availability check while E1 & F1 are with availability check. Similarly for E2 & F2.

I have a problem when creating an order KB.

The following message appear: "No pricing procedure could be determined"

Dear bakkali

Go to VOV8, select KB and see what is maintained in the field "Doc. pric. procedure". Make a note of it. Now go to customer master XD03, "Sales Area Data" and select "Sales" tab. Here see what is maintained in "Cust.pric.proc.". Make a note of it.

Now go to OVKK and see that you have maintained the above combination for the sales area. Probably, it is missing. Maintain it and retry.

I need more information about the point N°3.

For the Mvt 621 & 622.

For the 622 Mvt:

When i want to create a delivery LR from an order type LA,

this message appear :

"The copy conditions specified in Specify copy control for deliveries do not allow the order to be delivered"

But in VTLA, the copy control is defined for the the delivery LR and the order type LA.

Another question,

What's the order type, delivery type and the item category for the 621 Mvt type.

Dear friend,

Pricing procedure detrmination is sales area - custmer pricing procedure - ducument pricing procedure

In SPRO under sales and distribution basic function, pricing here u need to assign ur sales area document pricing procedure and cupp.

Ex 1000,10,10, B,1

then u create sales order with KB

Hi Omar,

As per the SD point of view These Movment Type are used in

Consginment Fill up 631 the deliver type is LF standard

Consginment pick up 632 here Returns are happening Delivery type is LR standard

Returnable Packing Material Fillup 621 Delivery Type LF

Returnable Packing Material Pick up 622 Delivery type LR

I am not sure

bt i think this is consignment process

wher we do consignment fill up then delivery

then consignment pick up delivery & billing.

as well consignment returns.there we use these mvt types.
