MDM 1.0 to 2.0 Upgrade - Support pack levels

Hello All,

If one is planning to upgrade from MDM 1.0 to 2.0, do we need to update R/3 4.7 and BW 3.5 Support packs as well along with SRM 4.0 support packs?

if so, Can anyone pls point more documentation on the support pack levels does one need to be on for R/3 4.7,BW 3.5, SRM 4.0 to go along with MDM 2.0

Hi,

It depends on your scenario.

If you use only SRM-MDM Catalog OCI interface, you do not need any update in SRM, ERP and BW side. If you use contract distribution to SRM-MDM Catalog or Material transfer via XI, you need to check each component support package level.
