I am developing Sales invoice form in that i want to make font size smaller than current format in header of the first window and at the same i have to increase font size for heading of the fist window so how it is possible in ECC 6.0

You have to create a condition and create two text element for each font size.
font size could not be directly dynamic

in english smartforms it's call "ALTERNATIVE".
you could set condition, like if first page.
so you could create two different header and set if first page print this one, if not, print this other.
