How to Change "Per Unit values" in VK12

Hi Gurus,

I have Created Condition Record for 50 Materials. In that I have given the field value of Per unit as "1", But now i want to change it to "12". So can u help in this?

Eg:

Material Amount Unit Per

XYZ 20000 USD 1

In the above example i want change the per value from1 to 12. but while i am trying to change the per value 1 to 12,but iam unable to change the value due to the field in display mode.

so without deleting the line item, the condtion record how can i change that field?

Hi Sumith,

Per unit once entered can not be changed.

What you can do is delete the old records and create new ones.

If you dont want to delete teh old ones, then change the existing records validity date and create new records with validity dates after the previous records validity dates.

Dear Sumith

To change the per piece price, go to VK11 (not VK12) and maintain. But please note that though the master data stores the price whatever you enter, it will NOT have any impact on existing orders. If there is already existing orders and you want to change the unit price, you have to do it manually.
