What are the adavantages SAP XI for legacy customers

I am venu,i have one dout what is the benfit for legacy customers using SAP XI using EAI tools like TIBCO we can integrate the Non-sap integration,Using XI what is the main advantage??

Hi Vinay,

The biggest Advantage of XI is that it supports web services.Also it has the feature of business process management(BPM) which enables us to impliment tough business logic.

Hi Venu,

Xi is an SAP marketed tool to integrate SAp and NonSAP systems.The biggest advantage is its buisness process engine which enables the execution of buisness process.Also it offers exhaustive monitoring features like message,performance,component monitoring etc,al of which can be used to track and rectify the errors.It follows a hub and spoke model : eliminating the concept of point to point integration connections.Also it supports webservices concept: one can invoke or make webservices in XI.And the much hyped ESA architecture is also enabled.
