I want sales report with reference to sales employee, is it possible?
Also without HR how i create Sales Employee?
Plz send some solution for the same.
Thanks & Regards,
PM
What I feel you require and the easiest way for you will be to create a new account group as "employee" and then create all the employee using that account group in the customer master.
Now in the partner determination this employee will also get determined.
To create a new customer group
SPRO>Logistics General>Business Partner>Customer>Control-->DEfine Account groups and Field selection for customer.
To create new customer select the account group and then create one.
And I hope you know how the Parter Determination will function.

Hi PM
I just want to know what exactly would you like to see in the report.
As per my guess how much sales was carried by a particular Employee..
For That you can TRY (not sure) to use transaction VA05 and select the parter function..as your partner type.
You will get a list of sales order.
I am just looking at the IDES system and found that SAP has provided a parter as SE for employee. Try investigate more into it and see if you can use the combination of Account group + partner type+ Sales order header in your partner determination
Try to create a few orders and see if the Employee appears in the partner list.
ONce that happens try to execute the transaction VA05 by selecting the partner function as Employee or SE (whatever you defined)
You can also go to the employee record -> Sales Area Data>Environment-->List Documents --> Sales Activities.
I think it should work out..
Best of Luck
Hi PM,
To create new Sales Employee, create a new Account group
for Sales employee.
Include this new partner SE in your partner determination procedure and link this procedure to a proper doc type.
Then create the SE -customer master record.
Now to view the Sales History /data specific to a Sales
Employee,go to T-code VA05.
Here select the Partner Functions "SE" the partner function code instead of "SP" (Sold-to party) This will give
u the required information for that entered Sales employee.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks and Regards,
Umesh.

Hi PM,
1)First check that u have determined the partner determination
procedure.
2)check u have assigned it to the Sales doc type.
3)Then go to VA05,and enter the "SE" the code u gave
to Sales Employee Partner functions.
(For this the SE -customer master record SHOULD be present).
4)Even after this if u do not get "SE" in the partner function
field of the Selection criteria, then u need to do this:
Goto ABAP dictationary(SE11),find out the field for
"Sales Employees" in the Sales order Header or details
table.
Note the field name and the table name for this field.
Then ask the ABAPer to modify the input Screen
for t-code VA05 ,so that it displays the this additional field
"SE" along with "SP", "SH" ,etc..
By this u can arrive at the List of Sales Orders by Sales
Employee..
For further queries or clarifications, please get to me.
Thanks and Regards,
Umesh Karane.
Thanks ,
Umesh.
Hi PM,
You need not make any changes in the database tables.
Try this solution.
1) As earlier given to u,check the partner determination procedure whether it contains SE ie sales
employee partner function(keep it as optional).
2) All orders which have the sales employee partner function activated and used will be seen in the list of Orders.
Those with do not have it ,will not be seen.
3) Now enter t-code MC01,this is the Information Library, which you can narrow your search
to Sales Employee.
You will find the Net value of Incoming sales orders by Sales Employee.
Select this standard Report.
Enter the Sales Employee for which u want the Sales Order Report, in the selection criteria.
This will give the total number of Sales Orders.
This will serve you purpose.
Incase of any further queries/clarifications, revert back.
Thanks and Regards,
Umesh Karane.

Hi,
You can see sales and dis-business partners- use sales employee without HR.
Yes, standard reports are available for sales in MC01.
Reward if useful.
Thanks,
Pramod
