hi everyone

our's is a two system landscape(dev,prd).we have 4 clients in dev, we used to have one client in prd(500).now we have created one more client in prd (120) which is similar to 500 so that all the testing can take place on 150.now the problem is we need to restrict users to work on 500 and let them only work on 150 so how do i configure the work flow or what settings should i change? or is there any possible way of doing this? i dont want the users in dev to see the prd client 500 at all.

Do I understand you correctly that you added another "test client" to your production system?

You shouldn´t do that (that´s why you have a TEST system).

You can´t avoid people "seeing" the client, however, you can delete the users in the client so that they can´t logon to it.

Hi Subhash,

I agree with Markus, adding a Test on your PRD system is not recommended by SAP.

Since it is Prod, you look forward to its stability, high

performance and system avaialability etc....

For your question.... you may lock the client and only use sap* or ddic to login.
