In customer master Cin Details Button is not comming -what need to be done.
first assign taxinn procedure to india and go to mwst r utxj go to t-code ovk3 and define there

This is because of missing profile (Your User ID in the Reference Table in customizing for CIN)
SPRO->Logistics General->Tax on Goods movement->India->Master data->Assign users to material master screen Sequence for Excise Duty (Transaction code OMT3E)
You add your user ID in the "User Screen Reference".

Please enter your user ID in the CIN customization area as below:
SPRO->Logistics General->Tax on Goods movement->India->Masrer data->Assign users to mateial master screen Sequence for Excise Duty (Transaction code OMT3E)
You add your user ID in"User reference screen".
This should solve your problem. If so, please close the post.

To get the CIN detailes in XD01 put your User ID by following the menu path,
Logistic general > Material master > Configuring the material master > Maintain User settings. Here select the Industry sector and put your ID and save. you wil get the CIN tab in customer master.
