Download Basket

Hallo, i am new to using the Download Basket.

Please help.

Is it possible to re-download (move patches to the Download Basket from the Download History) patches that i already downloaded. All the patches are available in the Download History. Some of the downloaded patches were lost due to hardware problems and i would like to re-download them by using the Download Manager..

Hi Paul,

Yeah there is no problem in downloading the pathces again just go to service market place and then add them to the download basket then you can download them using the download manager.Make sure that if the support packages are released before 2 april can only be downloaded with out any approval.

If you want to download the support packages which are released after april 2007 should be approved using solution manager.Once you approve it from solman's maintanence optimizer then you can download the packages using download manager.

Also make sure that the user id u r using downloads from market place should be same in the download manager.
