Delivery Output

Hi Gurus,

My question is, we want the delivery output to print 4 times for plant XXX. What we do is, we always change the number of messages =4. Is there a way for this number of messages to be always 4 with plant XXX? We dont want to change the number of messages everytime we create delivery.

Thank you.

Hi rumar,

Although u can define the no of times u want to send the OUTPUT in the output condition record,

in t-code VV21,(Communication method tab> No of messages field),

u want this output only when the plant is XXX.

U could do a ABAP enhancement in the Delivery doc screen where if the plant is XXX,

then execute a different Output condition type ,having no of messages field as 4.

Reward if helpfull.

In case of further queries, revert back.

Thanks,

Umesh.

We did that, but we want that to be permanently. Everytime we create delivery, we always change it to 4. Is there a way for the number 4 to appear automatically.

Hi,

In VV21( ' v ' twice ) while you create the condition records, go to the communication methods tab above and enter the value 4 in number of messages field.

go to VV21,

select the output type

select key combination (in this case, choose a key combination with sales org)

enter criteria

execute

enter further information regarding the delivery type. you may also specify other information in the table given as it is flexible

click on communication

and specify the details such as output device / number of messages etc...

gl rumar!
