From ur post, i assume that u want to know abt maintaining master datas that can be applicable commonly( for all sales areas).

If i am right, Do the common distribution channel and common division functionality.

once u create master records in one sales area, that will be applicable to all other sales areas without increasing the no of master records,

For that, try with VOR1 and VOR2 settings, Here u have to assign the distribution channel and division...

hi,

seems you are trying to say how to maintain a customer for multiple sales areas.

we have common distributin channels( t.code VOR1 ) and common divisions (t.code VOR2 ) to do it.

so when you create a customer, select the sales area as

s.org + common dist chan + comm div.

Now assign the rest of the dist chan and div to comm dist chan and comm div respectively. now your customer is automatically available for all these sales areas.
