WEBGUI menu is not activating

we are login webgui only that Command field is working other menus are not workingplease provide me solution.

Well.. saying something "is not working" is not enough to get help.

- what version are you using? (4.6c + ITS?, 4.7? ERP 2004, ERP 6.0)?

- what browser are you using?

- what exactly "is not working" (what do you expect)?

thanks for reply.we are using ecc6.0,when we open webgui it is conencted and working with Tcode is okay.but other things like menu,system,sap menu are not working.

"not working" means what? you don´t see them?you can´t click them? what browser are you using?

thanks for reply.

i am seeing that menu and system.but when i click dont see the expanded menu list in Internet explorer.when we try in mozilla firefox it shows the expanded menu but it is not selecting.

I think you are using IE 7.0,

look at sap note Note 890601 - SAP Integrated ITS updates for NetWeaver 2004s (7.00)

also check Note 981710 - Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 7.0 for end users

my problem is webgui is logging..Tcode are working when we click on menu.....menu is not workong?

check Note 1136123 ITS: Dropdown menu in toolbarcontrols not displayed

but sap note in germen language
