Hi Experts,
My client has bought 150 user license for EP and BI.
We are building a Public website(anonymous users-exetrnal facing portal).
If we show BI reports to public, will this be a license violation.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Rocky.
P.S:will reward points for helpful ans.
This is an interesting question...
Do those external users only look at the generated reports (through KM) or do they execute e. g. BEx analyzer?
To avoid getting into trouble I suggest you (or your customer) should talk to the SAP sales rep.

Rocky,
this very much depends on the kind of license you have and interpreting this would be legal advice -I'd keep out of this for several reasons.
As far as I know there is two ways to pay for a server: user based and processor based. Clients only count in case they actually access the software (also indirectly...)
Really contact your sales rep for this.
Regards,
Benny
