1)While using Sproxy in SAP R/3 side for Client proxy in order to right click the outbound message interface ..we will save this in a package where to create this package in XI server or R/3 server.

go to ur r3 system>>>>>>> tcode sproxy>>>>>>look for ur outbound nterface that u have created in xi >>>>give the local package >>save it >>double click on that interface >>>>look all the details >>>it will be same as your interface have.
2. you will write the code in se38 .

1. If you dont have any custom package on R3 side, use $TMP and save as local object.
2. SPROXY is always used on R3 side.

Create on R3 side.

SPROXy always run in R3 end for both inboud as well as outbound.
