Alert Notification everytime a Contract is locked

Hi,

How can we deactivate the alerts received via e-mail everytime a contract is locked?

We have tried removing the event in the event control and event schema configuration, but it still sends out e-mail notifications.

Also, it sends only to the head of the department of whoever created the contract.

Points will be rewarded.

Hi,

I did not find any subcategory "locked". But in the alert category, there was an alert set for contracts, I did delete it and no more alerts are being sent out now.

Are there any implications from teh removal of such?

From documentation, this can be controlled at Alert Category (subcategory of event - In this case LOCKED category).

Alternative way to do is implementing BADI BBP_ALERTING.
