Set user rights to change delivery date in Sales Order and Delivery

Hello SAP Guru's

I want to set user rights to change delivery date in Sales Order and Delivery.

I have two groups of users: Group A and Group B. Group B users should only be allowed to push the delivery date by not more than 30 days. If a customer request delivery to be delayed by more than 30 days then only Group A user should be allowed to do so to a max of 250 days. Is there anyway to implement this?
