Enabling Map selected fields and substructures

Hi Experts,

why the buttons for "Map selected fields and substructures" , "Clear Mapping", "Dependencies", etc are all greyed out in all XI systems? I have used these previously and found them very useful. Appreciate any pointers you can provide to get these activated again.

I doubt it is due to JDK version which u r using.

Thanks Raj,

Installed the JDK 1.4.2 version and after restarting the system, the buttons are still disabled.

when the checked the version in IR->help-->information, it shows the version as 1.6.0_02 (prevous version).

Please suggest further.

MK,

Go to Java Web start and in Advanced tab see which version is checked. Uncheck everything and check only the version u need.

Try it and let us know.
