Hi Sap gurus

I want to give scheme (Free Goods )

Buy 1(Crate) get 1(bottle) free.

How I can define in VBN1 . Crate is higher unit & Bottle is lower unit. 1 Create contains 6 bottles.

If customer orders 7 crates.

Then 7 crates should be on price &

1 crate – 1 bottle shoud be as free goods.

total deliver quantity = 8 crate - 1 bottle

Thanks in Advance

Regards\Adnan

Hi Babu,

You better to maintain in VBN1 based on the crate because you mentioned that higher unit is crate.

I hope you have maintained sales unit and alternative unit of measure in the material master right (i.e six battles equel to one crate) ,So can maintain in condition scales like this

1. For 1 crate one battle is free

2. For 6 crates one crate is free (which is having six battles)

Minimum quantity should be one crate.

From QTY also you take one crate.

I hope it will help you

Thanks,

Murali.

hi babu,

1 crate -- 1 bottle free.

ie for every 6 bottles 1 bottle is free.( incl.. so 5 + 1 )

if customer orders

7 crates then 7 bottles are free.

so may be you can maintain the conditin record as

for every 6 bottles, 1 bottle is given as free. so out of 6 you are giving one bottle as free. Let the customer order any number of bottles there is no confusion.
