SC awaiting aproval status I1015

Hi,

We are implementing SRM 5.0 in connection with a R/3 Backend 4.6C.

The following problem occurs when we create a shopping cart (using WF10000060)

We created a shopping cart in SRM5.0 and the only Workflow active is

WS10000060 (Without aproval).

Nevertheless, after creating the shopping cart, transfer to the backend

system does not occur because of an error in the Workflow aplication.

In transaction BBP_PD the error in SC 20000155 is as follows:

HEADER (STATUS) I1015 AWAITING APROVAL INACTIVE X

Using workflow WS10000060 should not trigger an aproval!

In transaction SWI1 I checked the Workflow item ID and there are no errors.

WF 10000060 was launched, ended succesfully and the status of the SC changed to liberated.

Can anyone please help us with this strange problem.

Thanks Guys,

we solved the problem by looking again in our configuration of number ranges.

Aparently status I1015 Awaiting approval Inactive is not that important. One can create backend documents anyway.

Hi Aart,

    We are also getting the same issue . The header of the SC has Approved status. But the line items are in awaiting status. And in BBP_PD , I1015 comes as Awaiting Approval. Please can you suggest how to resolve this.

a. Some Note needs to be implemented .

b. What issue was there in the Number Range.

Hello,

WF-BATCH in our case only have perfiles:

SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW. We did not assign any specific rol de SRM.

SM58 is empty.

Dear,

Please check user id : WF-BATCH, and make sure it got enough access rigths..You can also check the log using SM58

Hi guys,

The status of the shopping carts in BBP_PD is as follows:

Estad.

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Autorización en curso X

HEADER I1021 Creado

HEADER I1038 Completos

HEADER I1106 Cesta de la compra solicitada

HEADER I1129 Autorizados

Workflow with 2 steps worked fine and we could autorize it via the WEB.

Hi Guys,

I read on the forum that REQ* tables are no longer used in SRM 5.0.

In what tables for the Shopping Cart does SRM fill the status of the WF approvals?

Maybe there is an error over there

Hi guys,

thanks for the information.

We did some more investigation in the error and found out that when we create the shopping cart, the following tables are not filled with data:

REQHEAD and REQLINE

The tables CRMD_ORDERADM_H and BBP_PGHGP are filled with the data of the shopping cart and this aparently is sufficient to trigger a workflow (we tried a two step one) and the workflow can be autorized. Even in the Workflow analysis we found out that the status of the Shopping cart is set to Liberated!

Workflow is working fine!!

What we think is happening is that the workflow status can not be updated in the table REQREF because the table REQHEAD and REQLINE originalmente were not filled.

Not being able to fill table REQREF results in status I1015 "awaiting aproval" inactive

Now we think this might me be a problem of the database but I´m not sure.

I hope someone has experienced this strange fenomeno and could resolve it.

Hi Aart,

In some service packs there is an issue with Work Flows.

Even though the Work Flow for No Approval Work Flow is active, the shopping cart hangs in Awaiting Approval.

Look for the relavant OSS note for this issue.

Also Check in SWE2 txn whether any Event Linkage is activated or not. You can check whether any other work flow is active using this transaction.

In case of urgency you can manually approve the shopping cart using SWO1 transaction by mentioning the object type (BUS2121 in your case) and click the Test icon.

Click the Instance button and give the Object ID and then execute the Set Released icon under Methods.

Hope this will help you in resolving the issue.Clarifications are welcome.

Hi Aart,

Which version of SRM are you using? try checking workflow on transaction SWUD, Task type WS and Task 10000060 for Workflow Without Approval Shopping Cart (or the corresponding WF you are using).

Also you can check the SAP Note 962488.

Aart,

It doesn't seem like a workflow error. Can you give the complete BBP_PD stats?

We use similar scenario and here is the BBP_PD stats and the PO is created in this case succesfully.

Stats:

Status Description Inactiv

HEADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

HEADER I1021 Created

HEADER I1038 Complete

HEADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

HEADER I1129 Approved

0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process X
