BI 7.0 Memory Requirements

Experts,

We are in the process of planning our BW 3.5 to BI 7.0 upgrade and the questions of memory requirements came up was . We will be upgrading to Oracle 10G and we will be installing the JAVA stack (as well as the existing ABAP stack). Can you please assist in finding information on memory requirements for these new two components? What i want to know at the end is how much additional memory will i need to run this.
