cProjects with DMS

Hi all,

We are trying to create links to existing Document Info Records of DMS from cProjects. However, on creating the link, the system gives the following error:

Link Not Possible: No BOM found for this document (Message number 29 731)

Kindly suggest if we are missing any steps/configuration settings.

Hi Vivek,

have you maintained ITS and Client in SPRO.

Make sure you give that..

then goto obj links and create a link.

make sure you select appropriate status.

Yes Niranjan. We are able to see documents in searches.

Only while creating the link we get this error.

Did you check if your DIR has an Document Structure?
