ALEAUD not populated correctly

Scenario: Idoc-XI-File with ALEAUD

I have a scenario between R/3 and XI(3.0) where an Idoc is sent to XI, which in turn creates a file via the file adaptor and then sends an ALEAUD idoc back to SAP. This works well except that the ALEAUD idoc does not contain anything in segment E1ADHDR(mestype, etc) and E1STATE-DOCNUM is empty, which is crucial information to update the sending idoc.

In XI, I have noticed that the inbound Message(CENTRAL) Payload contains "MainDocument ( application/xml ) ", but no "XI_Context ( text/xml )", which could explain why ALEAUD is not populated correctly. Do you know why this is or why ALEAUD is not populated correctly?

we have the same problem!

This was working when we used SP11. But after upgrading the system to SP14 we encountered the exact thing you are describing.

Does anyone know the reason for this.

we have not solved the problem but found some related oss-notes: 886263 and 896576.

Apply OSS Note 899200. This should solve your problem.
