Roadmap Docs disappearing

Hello Roadmap Gurus,

I created a Roadmap and uploaded documents on to its 3rd sub-level in the tree structure.

All my nodes are just of type "normal node".

But suddenly then and there, the documents are disappearing. What could be the problem?

Has anybody come across this issue?

Pls help.

I've certainly had documents look like they are disappearing when navigating away from the documentation tab after creating the document and then navigating back in again. Howevere the document has been saved and persisted in the underlying database and I was able to assign document as link and get it back again that way.

We haven't had this occur since we applied OSS note 1085495.
