Activities Authorisation respective to WBS Element

Hi,

In Project actually iam using 3 wbse,

one for design dept,second for assembly dept and 3rd for Quality and despatch department.

For entire project iam using only one network.

Each wbse is having minimum four internal activities.

For each wbse iam assigning that particular department head as the responsible person.

Once wbse activities are completed then only tht particular responsible/authorised person has to confirm tht activities,no one is allowed to confirm these activities.

pls explain me abt this authorisation for WBS activities.

One option is to use User Status Management and set the status (initially) which prohibits business transaction activity confirmation.

Use the authorisation key (authorisation object B_USERSTAT) to control who (Resp Perosn) can revoke the status. I don't think you can have authorisations dynamically.

I tried your scenario also,through user status,but here also iam facing the same problem.

Its allowing to authorise all wbse activities,

In that case you have to create 3 Roles. In each role go to Object C_PRPS_VNR and set PS_VERNR=Resp. person no.

Hi Venkat,

i tried this with Basis,

But its accepting the other wbse activities also,

here i added CN25 and cj02 and cn22 t-codes for user id's,

can u explain me the steps indetail????
