QM recipients of follow-up mail of UD

where can I change the recipients of the follow-up mail when a usage decision is taken?

Hi,

You can change the follow up actions in the transaction QS51. For each code group and code combination you can assigna follow up action. And how this follow up actionshould work depends on the coding in the respective function modules of the follow up action.

The function modules are available in the below path.

IMG->QM->QUality Inspection->Inspection lot completion->Define follow up action->Follow up action.

Select the follow up action and double click the function module and here you go.

A techinical concusltatnt can do the requireed coding to change the recepient.
