Dear all
when I run visual administrator then following error occur during connection
Unable to lookup connect j2ee_admin
Unable to lookup connect parameter from xiserver:544004
I think due to this problem I am not able to connect runtime workbench

I think the problem with
● P4 port is incorrect
● The wrong transport layer was selected
You can find the correct P4 port on the J2EE Engine Config Tool
The batch file named configtool.bat can be found under: //JC/j2ee/configtool.

unlock sapjsf user and give authrization SAP_BC_JSF_COMMUNICATION

use emergency user sap* to logon to the VA and their unlock the user J2ee_admin.

Check the port, it should be 5<J2EEinstance_number>04 (eg. if instance number is 40 then 54004).

looks like your Server Node(s) is not running but the dispatcher node is running.....
try restarting the XI server and make sure both Dispatcher Node and Server nodes are running........
This happend when the Dispatcher has started ... but not (yet) the servers attached to the dispatcher.
