Delivery Groups

Hello Gurus,

I have a requirement where in the delivery groups created have some inter dependency. Like I have three 901, 902, and 903.

902 can only be delivered when 901 is completely delivered. Same the case with 903 and 902. Is there a way we can have this implemented.

I am referring to the delivery groups we create under the Shipping screen of the sales order overview.

Hi Pavan

That controls we need to do in the itemcategory level for header item

Go to header item category and activate create delivery group then automatically system will confirm the scheduleline based on the latestet availability of the material..

I have created the delivery groups for individual items and not for BOM here...

Lets say an order has 100 items and I want 25 in one delivery, 30 in another and 45 in one more. The sequence in which they need to be delivered is 25, 30 and 45.

Hi Pavan.

If you want to create 3 delivaries for one order in a single day

at the time in the delivery screen keep the quantity how much u want to deliver..Manually u can do

for exp: order = 100

1st delivery = 30

in 2nd delivery with reference to same order 70 will come in this reduce qty to 40 and save the delivery

u need to do this manually...

if you want to create 3 deliveries in 3 different days u can go with Scheduling Agreement.. DS
