Batch splitting not allowed

Hi ,

I have created a Sales order with 20 Qty with a Brach no. XYZ.

when i creating delivery doc. it saying an error " Batch qty spliiting not is allowed XYZ."

I checked in MMBE, it has 160 qty.

why it si showing this error?

can anyone give any clue.

Hi,

Please check the batch search strategy [VCH2] for the material... If the number of batch splits there is 0 . Then change it to 999 [the max value].

Remove the batch determination in the sales order corresponding to this delivery and do the batch split in delivery and check.

path:VA02 and remove the batch for the material and do batch split in delivery.

In Delivery screen, select "Picking" tab. Here you can see a field "Batch" next to "SU". Enter XYZ here and try to do PGI.

pl check if there are already any open deliveries for the stock available and you dont have enough of XYZ for the required batch. Because the stock at MMBE does not reduce till PGI is done for any open deliveries if they are still pending.
