Error : Model ISR_ not available

Hello folks,

I'm trying to generate standard webdynpro component FMCA_WDY_RETURN(Process Individual Tax Return). And iam not able to generate it. It gives me a error reading "Model ISR_ not available". Can someone explain me what it is and what could be done to generate the component.

check whether the particular component is activated in sicf transaction.
