Hello All,
We are having issues while trying to implement the functinality to allow users to receive their forgotten passwords via e-mail (with out approval).
On the log on screen, when we click the link "Have you forgotten your password or user ID? [Help] ", the system always prompts to enter the log on information.
The following information appears on the screen:
Please log on to the SAP System
Service: BBPAT04
Client: XXX
Login: (Login required)
Password: (Password required)
Language: English
Accessibility:(Check box uncheked)
We have created and maintained the service user under the following path using SICF t-code. Serice user has SAP_ALL access.
default_host\sap\bc\gui\sap\its\bbpat04
Are we missing any other settings?
We are using SRM 4.0, Standalone scenario.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Upendra Kulkarni.

Thanks Disha.
Do you mean restarting the ITS server? I will ask the Basis person and see if the issue gets resolved.
Are there any other settings to be maintaied in SICF for BBPAT04 apart from maintaining the service user and password?
Thanks,
Upendra.

Thanks for your response. We did implement the OSS note and published the template and still we receive the log on page requesting for user ID and password.
I did check the SICF transaction to see the service user being maintained.
I am not sure what steps we are missing here.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Regards,
Upendra.
