sorting of notification as per defect type

how can do sorting of notification as per defect type?

i.e i wnat to see the list of notifications with same defect type say crack.

Sandip,

You can do this with the help of dynamic selection in transaction QM11, QM15 or QM13 depending on the type of information you need. Here are the steps.

1. Goto QM11 and press the button Dynamic selections(Third from left) and you will get a small window.

2. Expand "problem details" and select the "Catalog coding" and input the value 9.

Run the report and there you go...

check QM11...in edit -->dynamic selcetion -->defect recording -->recording type....

thanks rajesh for reply, but it is sorting according to report type and i want as per defect type.
