while goods confirmation Idoc is not triggering in SRM

Hi,

When user tried to confirm the goods from SRM browser, Idoc is not triggered, so it is not replicated in R/3.

But in SRM confirmations status is showing approved.

Can any one help me on it.

Hi,

Possible workflow issue if confirmation had to get approved!!

If there was no problem in creating the confirmation then a value will be inserted into table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB with document type IM, If you run report Clean_reqreq_up this will send the IDOC to the backend and check for any problems in transfer or backend GR creation. If there is none then entry will be deleted from table BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB.

If there was a problem, it will remain in this table.

If not in this table then maybe it didn't get past workflow, get the workflow number and do a consistency check through SWUD.

Check in BBP_PD for possible errors.

HI Krish,

if mentioned CLEAN_REQREQ_UP & BBP_get_status_2 did not helped, try to check the IDoc in R/3:

1) You can use WE09 to search for apropriete IDoc and see what was the error message.

2) Then correct the error

3) reprocess the IDoc

4) run: BBP_get_status_2

...and hopefully you can get it into SRM box.

Try to check it by running reports - CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 manually.
