Dear All

How can I reject the PO for remaing qty?

I have PO qty of 50 pcs in this 23qty received.

now I would like to do MIRO for 23 qty and

the rejected qty of 27 pcs should not do GR.

If I lock the line item Its not allowing to do the MIRO for remaining qty.

If I put delivery completed flag its still allowing me to do the GR

pls suggest how can I stop the PO for remaining qty????

pls suggest me its urgent

Change PO Quantity as per your GR Quantity and Put delevery Quantity.

Note: The remaing qty should not do GR at the same time MIRO should hapen for already GR hapend qty.

Go to T-code ME22N and change the PO quantity to 25.So that ur problem will be solved

As we r working in retail business I have more then 100 line Items in single how can I change all the line items manuvally

Is there any better ans available

pls suggest
