Resource Planning in Projects

Dear All,

I have to use personnel resourses in my projects.In my project scanario having various wbs element's which handled by various peopel's group.

This Personnel resources planning how i can map in sap project system.

What are the required things which i have to do.

Pls provide me a step by step guidance to assigning Personnel Resources in projects.

Are you using Network Activities in your projects? I think resource planning is only possible if you use them. Link to reosurce planning on help portal is below:
