cross client customizing

Hi,

Iam having 3 clients in dev 100,200,300.i want to export the customozations from dev to qa.

what is the diffrence between local client custmizing and cross clinet customizing when we are taking export.

Hi Chinnu,

If you make an object in Client 100 say IDoC ABC and make its cross client maintenance enable, then anybody who is login on client 200, 300 can customize its functionality or say extend it.

But if you dont enable this property, only users login with clien 100 can customize these things in any context exporting or importing.
